Best Wine Bars in Caldwell

The Capital Grille does not disappoint. I was amazed at how accommodating the staff was when we called ahead to change the reservation from a party of two to a party of five. Each member of our party has dined at Capital several times. We definitely will ask to be seated with Joe Salvo on our next visit. Joe took great care of us, was very knowledgeable about the menu, and entertaining - especially the wine pour from a distance. We usually finish the meal with the bread pudding, which sadly, is no longer offered. Joe suggested the cheesecake with the brulee crust on top. Solid recommendation. Looking forward to our next visit.

Been a guest many times. Changed menu a little but all the Tapas favorites are still there. Had a great meal. Service was excellent.

Service and attention to detail was impeccable- I am on chemo and sensitive to cold. I was able to get room temperature water. I was not feeling well so I could not eat much but my food was packed up without a fuss. Was celebrating a birthday and the table was decorated and there was a birthday card. Perfect food- just too rich for me to be able to eat much

First visit, good seating not so crowded at first for a Wednesday but that soon changed as within an hour it was full for a weekday. Service was on point and very polite and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable for what is offered and the food was really good and portions were perfect.
