Best Wine Bars in Miami Shores

Typically don’t go out for Valentine’s Day, but we were celebrating a different occasion. Miami traffic was terrible as it usually is, so it took us an hour and a half when in reality, we were coming from the boat show. We ended up just sitting at the bar since we knew we missed our reservation. The manager, Ryan, was so amazing and set us up for dinner nicely. Although the food took a little long (it’s Valentine’s Day of course) the bartender, Beverly was so kind and constantly kept us updated on the food. I want to thank them for taking such good care of us on one of the busiest nights in the restaurant world. Definitely going back soon! Totally worth the wait!

What a great addition to Downtown Miami. Sixty Vines is located in the World Center area in Downtown Miami. It’s a large open space and yet it feels cozy and intimate. Our server Andres was charming and knowledgeable about the menu and wines. He gave us some great recommendations. We have the Caesar salad, fried chicken and caviar, mussels and potatoes. Everything was tasty and delicious. The fried chicken is gluten free so it doesn’t feel heavy. This is definitely going on our regular rotation.

We had a great time. Staff was imcredible. We brought our newborn son and everyone was so inviting. We ordered Sasscaia for wine. Delicious. I would love if the restaurant would invest in a few premium wine glasses for bottles this exquisite. We had the chefs board, crushed meatball ragu and the short rib. All delicious. Broccolini didn’t make it to the table with the entrees. It came out 7-10 min after and was over cooked. We would have appreciated a complimentary dessert for the failure to meet expectations but it didn’t take away from the experience. Perhaps a small suggestion for the future. The GM came by and another manager to touch the table. Overall it was a great experience and we look forward to retuning next week or the following

New place in wynwood that is quickly becoming one of my favorite places. Great sushi, drinks, service and vibes and the staff and ownership are fantastic. I really can't say enough about this place. Would love to see them broaden the menu to a few hot items or appetizers but that could come with time.

Brix is our favorite wine bar in the city! Brian has impeccable taste in wine and is so friendly and kind. His wife is also a delight and the best baker around. We love being here!
