I had a wonderful lunch at Andrew Edmund’s today. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a charming, intimate feel that made for a relaxed dining experience. The food was exceptional—beautifully prepared dishes with fresh, high-quality ingredients that showcased a perfect balance of flavors. From the starters to the dessert, everything was thoughtfully presented and full of depth. The service was equally impressive; the staff was attentive without being intrusive, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring everything was just right. It was a truly delightful meal, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. Particularly enjoyed the sharing pie today.

Wow does this restaurant pack a punch in flavour! The menu is unassuming - full of interesting ingredients but ingredients that none the less do not bely the flavour explosion they unpack! The prawn and risotto was quite simply one of the most divine things I’d ever eaten and the onglet came with this delicious buttery peppercorn sauce - stunning. I knew it was good because I’d read the reviews, but I wasn’t expecting it to be that good!
