Food and service were both outstanding. The timing and food quality were first-rate. The sever was friendly, professional and warm.

I am always impressed with Cooper's Hawk. I love to invite guests to this place because its menu accommodates so many divergent tastes. I love their Shrimp, Brussels sprouts, and chicken potsticker appetizers. Their short ribs, such as grilled cheese sandwiches or risotto, are fantastic and ranked as a favorite. The service is usually spot on. Today, however, silverware was cleared after the appetizers. We had to wait a lengthy time for the entrees and request silverware once they appeared. Our water glasses were empty, and I had to ask for refills from a passing server.

We had the best dinner experience tonight at the Cooper’s Hawk , Kildeer Illinois . Our server, Shannon was great very friendly polite gave us excellent service. We talked to the manager, Jennifer who came to our table and complimented at how great our service was. Jennifer was so friendly and personable. She added to the experience.

Great place to sit back and have a great conversation while enjoying a great variety of wine and good food. Just wine tasting is enough of an experience to make one wanting to keep coming

We lunched at Coopers Hawk restaurant the day after Christmas. It was not crowded, which was a nice bonus. My friend ordered the flatbread, which she liked. I ordered the butternut squash gnocchi with mushrooms which was divine! A light yet creamy cream sauce with butternut squash. I brought home leftovers and can't wait to eat them. Our server was very nice and attentive (unfortunately, I didn't write down her name). The only disappointment was that they took down all of the holiday decorations. Usually places keep up the festive decorations until after New Years. It looked pretty bare for the day after Christmas.
