Customshop is a chef-driven restaurant that showcases local farms and purveyors in an effort to bring our guests the highest quality ingredients within our community. Executive Chef and Owner Andres Kaifer along with his team believe in crafting honest straightforward food with an elevated modern touch that delivers something truly unique. Weekly menu changes allow us to highlight the seasonality of food and the beauty of North Carolina produce, seafood, and specialty items. With stylistic inspiration from Spain, Italy, and France, our neighborhood restaurant aims to make everyone feel welcome.     Service was weird. It seemed like there was some drama going on amongst the staff. Food runners seemed angry. Server was moody. Food was mediocre. $400 dinner that was meh.

    Always a great experience! Only slight downfall is the dining room gets quite loud but the food and service make up for it. PS Get the Espresso Martini!

    Greg, our server was outstanding. The pasta dishes were excellent. They arrived hot, which I love. The empanada was average. The filling was bland and cold. I would fill them with hot filling or be sure they were reheated long enough so that the entire thing is hot not just the crust.
