Dante’s Fire has been voted Best Late Night eatery by the Community in Tucson, received multiple articles from The Tucson Foodie, and Best Margarita & Food by the Judges & Crowd at the 2022 & 2023 World Margarita Championship, respectively. In July of 2022, Chef Kenneth Foy was crowned the Iron Chef of Tucson. In July of 2023, Chef Kenneth Foy was challenged for his title of Iron Chef of Tucson. Through a tough battle, Chef Kenneth Foy emerged victorious and still holds his title as the Reining Iron Chef of Tucson.

Started our experience being told they print their reservations out at 3 (we made ours around 5 and there were plenty left) and no table ready. We were seated after a delay. Drinks were all good, deviled egg appetizer was very salty. But- main problem- we could see the food window- two of our orders sat under heat lamps for over ten minutes waiting for the pasta to be done. When delivered, the buns were literally rock hard and the fries were limp- horrible kitchen management. When remade. Food was good- but I was done with pasta before remade sandwiches are delivered. The manager sis not issue much of an apology. Did comp some of meal. Poor waitress was nice but frazzled. Pretty empty on a Friday night- good food. Not a great experience.

Loved the food with a variety of fish, meat and vegetables prepared with wonderful flavors at a very reasonable price. A bit loud but highly recommend!

The restaurant was busy which resulted in the service being a little slow but the staff were apologetic and courteous. The seating was very tight resulting in a high noise level making it difficult to converse without raised voices. It also made it difficult to get to seats and to the washroom. All this being said, the food came out reasonably quickly, at the right temperature, visually appealing, and most of all delicious.

Food was great, but it took an hour for my husbands food to come out after the rest of us had already finished our dinner. That was unfortunate, but once his food finally came out it was tasty.

Escargot was excellent. Ordered the burger with a side car of pork belly. Burger was excellent but there was no pork belly - they were out of it. No reduction in cost or a suggested replacement. Garlic fries were good, could have been more garlicky.

We made reservations for Valentine's Day two weeks in advance. We were sent a confirmation 2 days beforehand. We confirmed. Our hostess/waitress found our reservation and walked us to a back room where velvet sheets were haphazardly hung on all the walls. As we walked through the main room the atmosphere was strange, the floors and tables looked dirty, and the people seated looked perturbed. We soon found out why. As we were being seated we mentioned we were celebrating our 27th Valentine's Day together. Her response was, "And you still like each other.". My husband and I exchanged a look. We are happily married and best friends. Our menus were placed on the table, and our waitress announced that she'd be back shortly with our water. We picked up our menus and sudden shock hit us. It was a fixed menu, 85 bucks a person. Why wasn't this mentioned during our reservation and confirmation!?! We suddenly understood the weird atmosphere around us. We could hear conversations nearby and concluded that most people had no idea there was a fixed menu. It was Valentine's Day, table of 2's throughout the restaurant. Yet, love was NOT in the air. We asked our waitress if we could have a normal menu. We were not interested in the menu she presented us, and that we were we not part of this fixed menu Valentine's Day event. She replied with there was no other menu available. We had to choose from the fixed menu at 85 bucks a person, or maybe we could choose a couple of things of the fixed menu, or we could split one dinner. What!?! Once again, we explained that this is not what we wanted or planned for. We never made reservation for this "event", nor did we like anything on the Valentine's Day menu. We had to get up and leave. Find a restaurant with a table for 2 on Valentine's Day... at 8.30 pm. We had an awful experience. We are NEVER going back!

While we've been aware of Dante's Fire for a while since we moved here 9 years ago this was our first visit. The place is pretty casual. We enjoyed the food...my wife had the shrimp curry dish and I tried the chorizo sliders. We'd both have those again though there are other interesting items on the menu. We'll return.

Took some friends that haven’t been there before. Had an amazing time . Food and drinks were awesome as usual. A must try!

Food was good not great. Service was bad didn’t get a birthday dinner I was promised because the wait person got too busy and couldn’t keep up. We waited and waited and finally left. What a disappointment. This was supposed to be a celebration dinner. The restaurant is very noisy so if you want an NICE dining experience this is not the place. We won’t return or recommend
