   The food and ambience was delightful. Our main waiter was akin to a wet towel but the rest of the staff was amazing. We look forward to our next visit already!

   The restaurant is extremely beautiful and a very lovely place to dine. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday and they made the celebration very memorable. All the staff was very friendly and very professional except for our server. He gave off a judgmental attitude. My husband inquired about a few bottles of wine and when our server went to get the sommelier we could see him mocking my husband and making fun of him. So unprofessional! It was extremely off putting. Other than our server, the staff was wonderful. I highly recommend the table side Caesar salad, it was excellent! The steaks were cooked perfectly and were very tasty. However, we had 3 sides: creamed spinach, fingerling potatoes and Brussel sprouts. They were fine, nothing special. The sprouts were very sweet and not to my liking at all. Overall, I give the restaurant 4/5 for ambience, table side service, good cocktails and a lovely place. However, mocking a customer especially in eye shot is never a good look.

   Service was on spot. Steak was not seasoned enough for my liking. And was rested little longer such that it became cold by the time I could finish it. Fries were dripping oil. Food quality needs to be upped, otherwise I good experience. But I will not likely return specially when you have so many options around

   We were moderately disappointed with the dinner overall. I had visited Delmonico's in 2017 and had a wonderful experience with delicious food. Recently, we found the food to be lacking seasoning and flavor. It was unfortunate and quite the let-down.

   I ate dinner on Christmas at Delmonico Steakhouse. The service was outstanding. My server went out of her way to make sure my meal was perfect. Unfortunately it was not but I can't fault her for not trying. I ordered from the Christmas special menu. I had the Chestnut soup with clotted cream which was perfect. I than ordered the prime rib with the twice baked potato for the entree. That was a mistake. The size was 14 ounces which I thought was not too big for me. It was the way it was served that was part of the problem. The prime rib arrived on a plate with the meat in the center surrounded by a thick circle of fat. That did not look appetizing to me. Also, there was no horseradish or au jus. Who ever heard of prime rib without horseradish or au jus? The prime rib was also lukewarm. When my server came by I did ask for horseradish and told her the temperature was not good. She took the plate back to reheat the prime rib and brought out the horseradish. Even after all that, it was still far from perfect. Some of the meat was grisly which made it inedible. I only ended up eating about half of the prime rib. The twice baked potato was good as was the popovers. I don't understand why the restaurant would go through the trouble of creating a special menu and than serving a mediocre entree.

   What a fantastic steakhouse. We went on Christmas day and everything was fabulous. The service receibed was amazing and the food was sublime...would 100% recommend this restaurant to everyone
