Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     it was always a great experience everytimeni dined here. one of the best spot in Vegas. The waiter named jeff was pretty friendly and very knowleadgeable about whats on the menu. Good ambiance friendly staff, and great food. Will always comeback.

    An amazing restaurant for dinner. The staff was incredible. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and made us feel comfortable. From cocktails to dessert, everything was divine, satisfying and packed with flavor. Every bite left you wanting more. Steaks and pork chops were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Hummingbird cake was decadent. A must try.

    Amazing steak!! Fabulous service and attention to detail. Only thing not amazing was the asparagus. Tasted like just put it in the pan. Even the waiter tried hinting not to get it we figured out after tried it! Mushrooms and mashed potatoes were great though! Wine also wonderful.

    Amazing food, from apps to desserts and everything in between. Tuna and steaks were perfection. The wine list is awesome, just too big to be able to review all the selections. The service was awesome, catering to our every need. I have eaten here 5 or 6 times over the years, and have never had anything that was not amazing.

    I knew at check in it was going to be a great evening. Matt was our waiter and he was excellent. I liked the team atmosphere of the staff. The filets were incredible and our sides (Brussel sprouts and cream corn) were excellent. Our drinks were very tasty. Had butter cake for desert and it was out of this world. Coffee was special (press) and a nice finish to a wonderful meal. Definitely will be back!
