Recently featured on Guy Fieri's "Diner's, Drive In's and Dive's". Owned and operated by the DiGiorgio family, DiGiorgio"s Cafe Largo is authentic. When you think pasta, local seafood, veal, tira misu and others, DiGiorgio's Cafe Largo is the first to come to mind in Key Largo. The DiGiorgio family emigrated from the cities of San Marino in north Italy and Cassino, outside of Rome. Being in business in South Florida since 1968 we have developed a great following and reputation. In 1990, the DiGiorgio family moved to Key Largo and saw the possibilities of mixing all the varieties of local seafood available with pasta and other dishes. It was my birthday and have been wanting to go. Excellent food, server was very nice & attentive. Restaurant has that older traditional Italian ambiance. Will definitely go back, should have went much sooner .

Got a little of Italy to try a few dishes. Waitress was great and allowed for substitutions. We appreciated her services and the ability to make reservations (we entered empty to look up in 30min the place was packed). Items that hit the spot were mussels, eggplant, lasagna, and manicotti.(best in class) Do remember to safe room for deserts. Place had items gluten free. Experienced the restrooms, thumbs up clean.

                                                                                                                                          It is always nice to go to Cafe Largo and witness an old time Italian restaurant. The food was good as always, however they were super busy and service was a little slow which caused our entree to be a little on the cool side. This was really noticeable with the Penne Alfredo con gelling.

Food was good, but not great. Lots of good reviews so I had high hopes. Overall, I still think of in Key Largo and want Italian… this is a good choice.

                                                                                                                                          My wife and I dined twice at DiGiorgio’s during our week in Key Largo - and we rarely repeat a restaurant on travel. On both occasions we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I had a Mahi Picatta with spaghetti with a light oil the first time. The fish was very nicely prepared, and the pasta was excellent. On our second visit I had the cannelloni which was also very good, if a bit heavily sauced. The wait staff were a little short handed, which seems to be the norm these days at most restaurants. The wine list is limited but had a decent range of varietals. I’ll note that wine selection seemed pretty limited throughout Key Largo restaurants. I definitely recommend DiGiorgio’s for a very good, casual, Italian dinner.

Was seated 15 min late - not a big deal with Fri night and Valentine. But then waited 20 min for our waitress and water. After she took the order of another couple who literally seated less than 5 min. Had the Snapper special - fish overcooked and dried out. Risotto and wife’s dinner was very good.
