SHINBAY is Arizona's first and only Omakase restaurant. This exotic, multi-course dining experience ignites all the senses and inspires guests to explore uncharted flavors. Dinner is $250 per person, not including beverages and tax. Please allow approximately two hours for the dining experience. Dress code is casual and comfortable. We offer two seatings each evening, at 5:45 pm and 8:00 pm. Due to limited seating capacity, we require a credit card number to guarantee reservations. I ordered a 10-course set menu, and the corn and lobster soup on the third course and the wagyu beef on the eighth course were delicious. The service is very good. The first two dishes were not very good.

We were impressed with the wonderful service from start to finish of our delicious meal. According to our son, who is a fan of fresh fish- “The fish was cooked to perfection and is the best seafood I’ve had in Arizona”. My husband and I shared the wedge salad, 22 oz 45 day aged prime rib & we indulged in the family style sides: sautéed mushrooms, creme brûlée corn, stuffed hash browns & Mac n cheese. We had a lot of food for the 3 of us , and no regrets. We shared a bite of the key lime pie at the restaurant- which in our opinion beats the many key lime pies we have tried in Florida. We took home a coconut cream pie- it was incredible. We now have to get back on our diets after enjoying this feast. What a great experience. We would highly recommend Oceans 44.

Such a perfect, charming place for a special treat such as Tea Time! Last minute one of my friends needed to bring her 2 year old grandson and the tea room added one more to our table. There were other children at the restaurant which added to the sweet Christmas vibe. A Santa Claus came through the restaurant several times to say hello. My friend's grandson enjoyed the tea food as much as we did! A very special memory was made for us all.

Talavera is a special place for special occasions ! We were celebrating a first wedding anniversary and were seated overlooking the wonderful view of the setting sun. The menu was an interesting mix of Spanish and steakhouse and we chose two appetizers to share -steak tartare and pan con tomate. While we waited with our drinks we were brought an amazing amuse bouche and without requesting a lactose free one for me- such a thoughtful gesture. The amuse bouche and the appetizers all were mouthwatering and prepared us for the high level of cuisine to come. Afterwards three of us chose the paella and one the trout. The individual pan paellas came chock full of seafood with the requisite crispy rice at the bottom of the pan! The saffron broth over the trout was so flavorful and the fish well prepared , as were the innovative sides of grilled asparagus and patatas bravas. We felt like honored guests, as the service was attentive and respectful. As we were deciding whether to go on with dessert, they brought a charming special dessert treat of chocolate and cherry filled hearts for the happy couple. What a wonderful end to our special celebration. The gorgeous Spanish guitar music only added to the romance of the evening. We will be back for our next special occasion.

My wife’s 74th birthday. Our table had Happy Birthday confetti sprinkled over it, our waiter was super and we enjoyed a delicious cheesecake mini and a mouth watering chocolate mini cake on the house following our meals. Atmosphere, food and service were all TOP NOTCH. Highly recommend for your special occasion or just a delightful meal.

This was one of my most memorable dining experiences. Quaint and charming location with attentive and personable service. Taste and presentation was top notch... I will absolutely be back and it will be on the top of my list of recommendations to anyone with a discriminating palate and in search of a quiet and romantic experience. Service was incredible. Our server Josh was outstanding best server ever and food was DELISH. Great grass fed steak best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It was my graduation dinner and couldn’t of had a better experience.
