What a wonderful experience. Not only was the food exceptional, but we all thoroughly enjoyed learning and experiencing the truffle hunt. Today, the weather was exceptional, which meant we could dine outside under the trees. A truly lovely experience. Taylor, front of house was impressive; pleasant disposition, knowledgeable , good humoured , but not hovering.

We dined here for an early dinner starting with a dozen fresh oysters & a glass of Prosecco for golden hour. It was a lovely evening so we sat out side in the court yard & had our oysters, then got escorted to our table when our entrees were ready. It was a lovely way to start the evening. Then we shared the duck liver parfait, prawns & a tomato salad. For mains we couldn’t decide so we ended up sharing the pork belly & the barramundi which were both Devine! After all this food we had to share the basque cheese cake to top off a wonderful evening.

delicious range of vegetarian and vegan options beautifully presented in a lovely tranquil garden setting. We loved the attention to detail and the range of seating options. The Whiskery is the cellar door for Bellarine Distillery. The Whiskery is an 18 years plus only venue .Babies under 12 months are an exception. The original farm shed has been renovated and is a rustic and inviting space to have a yarn over a cocktail, gin or whisky with friends.
During warmer days the gardens and decks provide a relaxing environment and during the colder months a spot beside the fire is most enticing.
Primarily our own Gins are on offer for consumption and sale, with the Whisky being available in due course - STAY TUNED. We also have a wider selection of whiskies also available for tasting. For those who wish to have an alternative to Gin or Whisky ( why? ) we do have a few of the local wines , beers and ciders available plus some soft options for the drivers.
We have a limited food menu which includes a couple of simple pizzas and cheese & produce platters .
Please note bookings are for 2 hr blocks.
