I sent my steak back. After 10 min, the waiter brought it back to me and argued that it was cooked properly. I sent it back and 30 min later I received a properly cooked steak. Never had a chef send the waiter back to suggest after the meat was cool to then accept what I declined. Extremely poor customer service!

The host was extremely attentive and kept checking on us throughout the meal and every suggestion he made was spot on! Truffle mashed potatoes were awesome and every entree great! Scallops, sea bass were both amazing! Service was top notch! Couldn't have been more pleased!

One of the best steaks I have had in a long time. My wife had oysters and then the octopus which people had raved about and she was not disappointed. We will come back here again the next time we are at the Diplomat.
