Crowded bar so there was no room to get a drink prior to our reservation. We were sat in the tavern but asked if there was any place quieter. The host said our original table wasn't ready yet but we told her we'd be fine to wait for it. It only took a few more minutes for it to be ready. The new room still pretty energetic but not nearly as loud and the ambience was much more quaint. Our server was fun and knowledgeable and very attentive. The food tasted great but it is on the more expensive side.

We’ve enjoyed dining at the Dorset Inn for many years and this time was not different. Both the Sunday Brunch and the regular breakfast menus had a nice variety of items to choose from. We were a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed their chosen meal. We look forward to our next visit.

Great Sunday brunch. The Dorset Inn housemade corned beef hash with eggs any style was delicious yet refined. Everyone at my table was happy with their meal. Great Bloody Mary brunch cocktail too! Nice way to end out VT trip

Sadly the food here was subpar. My friend ordered the turkey croquets. The peas were obviously frozen and the cranberry was so tart it was inedible. The burgers that my husband and I got were so perfectly formed that they were clearly premade. It also took forever to get our food and our check. Will not be eating here again.
