    Matt was phenomenal as our waiter, he really helped make our Valentine’s Day Special. The food was good too, but felt like it could have been better.

    Eddie V’s in Austin delivers an exceptional dining experience when it comes to food and service. The seafood and steak were perfectly prepared, with rich flavors and high-quality ingredients that truly stood out. The service was equally impressive—attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient, making for a smooth and enjoyable evening. However, the noise level was a major downside. The atmosphere was overwhelmingly loud, making it difficult to carry on a conversation without raising your voice. While the vibrant energy is part of the appeal for some, it was excessive to the point of being a distraction from an otherwise outstanding meal. If you’re looking for top-tier food and service and don’t mind a noisy setting, Eddie V’s is a solid choice. But if a quieter, more intimate dining experience is what you’re after, it may not be the best fit.

    I have dined at this location many times and it has been consistently good. We had crab cakes, sea bass, scallops, brussel sprouts and au gratin potatoes. Each item served fresh and hot with amazing presentation. Loved the single rose they handed out on v-day, definitely added to my experience this time.
