The huevos rancheros were nice, although it would have been good to have some bread to mop up the sauces. Unfortunately the plant based burrito was very bland, and this is from someone who doesn’t like spicy food. I was pleased to see a much larger selection of desserts than on my previous visit, and the desserts we ordered were both amazing. The noise level was much better (quieter) than on previous visits, which was an improvement. There are now some diner classics on the menu, but I would prefer a wider variety - bring back the milkshakes! Excellent location next to the cinema.

Location, service and food were all great. Portion sizes were a bit small.

We booked this place for a birthday occasion and wrote this in the booking. We got a table near the toilet and nothing was mentioned during the meal. I guess that’s fair since you can’t expect the restaurant to do anything but would still appreciate a more thoughtful treatment. The food was mediocre and the portion did not worth the price. Since we watched a film at the electric cinema we should be able to get 30%off our bill, we got told that you have to order a drink for the discount to work. We got drinks during the movie so didn’t want anymore at the restaurant but still had to order a drink that we didn’t want. However the staffs were quite friendly.

Loved the food and pop up experience. One request: the music was a just a tad too loud. It made conversation across the table quite hard work

The new concept with the Mexican food is not working for me. First time I came here was more than 20 years ago and the famous Electric experience should include the old menu. If you chance it you should focus on quality and the very limited choice is not made in way worth the price. Only exception remains the Bloody Mary. Hope next time will see some oldies back on the menu.

Wanted Maya to be great after it replaced the Electric Diner but it fell short. Good Paloma but far too much salt in the chicken taco and too much chilli in everything else. Bring back the cheeseburgers!!
