   Hit or miss . Today was a miss. Service level was way below what we normally receive. Food was salty and average. We’ve had great meals and service in the past but not today.

   Elements at Sanctuary is over-the-top fantastic. I cannot thank the staff enough for a very enjoyable anniversary dinner. I’ve always known the views from their mountain perch at superb but I had no idea how delicious their food was and how uniquely they presented. Highly recommend the Hamachi which is served on dry ice…looks like a smoking caldron when it comes out. And the serving team was phenomenal….the GM and several key staff personally visited us and wished us Happy Anniversary and brought out a nice champagne toast and special dessert. Wonderful experience. I highly recommend joining them one evening.

    Love this restaurant but wish they could find a sound track that was mellower—no vocals, saxophone or pounding rhythms. Surely there is a background music that is just cool.
