   The food was delicious, well balanced from start to finish and the service was excellent. The server was helpful, knew about the food. She was friendly & pleasant with great smiles. The restaurant was not overly noisy which seems to be a trend in newer restaurants.

   The service and food are outstanding. I always want to get the braised short rib but had the fresh ling cod which was excellent with subtle flavors that were so complimentary. The piano added to the ambience making it a lovely evening.

   Delightful ambience with a piano player which we enjoyed. Food and service were very good. We had the lamb meatballs and rigatoni which we enjoyed. Huge portions, so done for another night. Only real complaint was the wedge salad which is usually iceberg with a Roquefort dressing; this was romaine with chunks of cheese. Might have preferred the usual recipe.

   Overall, the food was excellent, and the service was spot on. We did not feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend the restaurant if you have never been there.

   Amazing food and service. I proposed to my boyfriend here, and the staff was amazing to work with and very attentive to us. Can't recommend enough!

   I had asked not to be outside in heated room and was told we would have a booth. We got there early and saw people coming and going. I noticed that it was already 6 minutes pass our reservation time. The two three front house employees looked concern to find a table. It seems they gave away our booth & ended up putting us in the outdoor room with heaters. One third of the heaters were on low including both of the ones on either side of our table. I asked for the heater to be turned up. The server turned one up and suggested I change places with one of my guests since it was warmer where he was sitting. I guess I was in the drafty area. I was not going to inconvenience a guest. I already had a cold and kept my coat on. Every diner in that room had their coats on except for the couples sitting at the fireplace tables. That should have been a clue to the staff to turn up ALL of the heaters on full blast. I tipped more than the required 20% for my party of six because the server was amazing even the everything was late.

    Food was decidedly average.....I had the bone marrow and rigatoni pasta, and my wife had a salad and the Waygu short ribs. Her salad was very average...the lettuce was obviously not fresh and was somewhat wilted. My bone marrow had to be sent back, since it barely had any actual bone marrow in it, and the flavor of the marrow was overwhelmed by the cheese (which wasn't listed on the menu). Pasta dish had way too much cheese, and had already started to congeal by the time it was served. There are far better options for this type of food in the area.
