fauna is about the things we love: eating and drinking with friends and family in a fun space. Our menu is seasonally driven and we support local farmers and producers wherever possible. We love the neighborhood and the space and are so happy to be open in Centretown.


We like to have fun in the kitchen. We serve small plates so you can try more than one dish. We use local ingredients wherever possible. We’re inspired by where we live, places we’ve been and things we’d like to do.

                                  Fauna is definitely worth a visit. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and the menu was innovative. The decor was fun and the ambience inviting, however a bit noisy. Though Fauna is a bit pricy, I will definitely return.

                                  Great food and services, we are there to celebrate my day’s birthday, and ordered the black cod and steak, all tasking perfect. The black cod skin might get too much salt, but that’s still in my tolerance range. The server also give us a desert for free as they heard it’s my dad birthday. I will definitely come again

                                  Awesome, as always. Service is consistently great. The rhubarb cocktail was ice cold and gorgeously more-ish. The Thai Lobster Bisque was so full of flavour with a kick, yum. The orecchiette was al dente with crispy bits of broccolini and Parmesan. And the pumpkin cheesecake with pumpkin seed base and caramel shards, so creative.
