The cattle of our long-time friend and supplier, star butcher Dario Cecchini, graze in the Pyrenees nature reserve at an altitude of 1,800 meters. I 100% advise you to make a reservation as this is a very popular restaurant and it gets very busy. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here, the staff are lovely and work very hard. The food is excellent and it’s a wonderful atmosphere. For us the whole experience was perfect.

It was very pleasant and delicious evening. We will come again. The only problem that maybe made us think about if to book or not was the penalty in case not coming or coming too late ( booking 35€ for each person). But out of it ( we were on time) it was great.
