Best Authentic Restaurants in Round Lake Beach

John was amazing as our server- everything was delicious and timed out perfectly. No rushing us, no pressure. Pastas were excellent, white fish was fresh and tasty, and the triple chocolate dessert was superb!

Service was fantastic this trip. Huge improvement over last time. We had the Grilled Vegetables appetizer, Lobster/shrimp Ravioli and the Almond Sea Bass for the entree and lava cake for dessert. We asked our server Jeni for recommendations and went with her suggestions for the Ravioli and desert.

The enchiladas with mole sauce is my favorite! The black beans and rice side is delicious too.

First time visiting Coppolillo's Italian Steakhouse. There was a little confusion as too who was actually our server. Apparently our servers family was in in the restaurant so he was doing more visiting than serving. After 5-6 minutes of sitting at our table one of the bartenders asked if we had been helped yet. I shared we haven't and he was the one who told us that our servers family was there. After that the service was great. Drinks were great. Got the mussels and they were amazing. We both got dinners of the specials list for Christmas night. Both were really good. Mine was exceptional. We have been to similar steak restaurant's around the country. I would say the value here was one of the best. I would defiantly go back. I'm not going to hold the small service glitch against them, but I do always try to share the exact experience.

Warmly greeted upon our arrival and immediately shown to our table. Our sever, Kyle was super attentive and got our drink and app order in for us right away. We had a mozzarella appetizer special that was delish! We each had a different pasta dish and all did not disappoint! Very generous portions too!! We come to Bottaios regularly and have never had a bad meal! A true gem of Libertyville!
