Best Authentic Restaurants in Germantown

I just ate the best steak I have ever tasted in my life. Our party of four had a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional with an old school attention to each. We especially liked the bread, shareable sides, service, and deserts. All around it was an amazing experience.

This restaurant was a recommendation from a manager of another upscale establishment in the area. The food was excellent, beautifully prepared, the environment was fun and festive. Live music(!), what a treat for two out of town visitors. This is not a place for a quiet meal, but if you want a lively, fun, delicious experience, this is it. Try something new, go for it! Also, they made you feel welcome here. How often does that happen. My only regret was not trying one of their rum drinks. Don't be me.

Dined for Sunday lunch; queso was excellent as well as both of our meals. I had Taco Al Carbon and a La Mera-Mera (yummy!). Service was wonderful and attentive, also had a member of management stop by to make sure everything was meeting our expectations. Restaurant was so comfortable and clean. Will be back again soon.

Amazing Experience at Paeso – Top Tier! From the moment we arrived, everything about our visit to Paeso was exceptional. We were greeted immediately with no wait, and the greeter welcomed us warmly with a smile. Our server was incredibly kind, efficient, and attentive throughout our meal. As a vegan, I was concerned about limited options, but our server went above and beyond to find a solution. She was knowledgeable and accommodating, and when the menu only offered a salad, the kitchen stepped up and prepared a delicious custom vegan dish just for me. To top it off, they surprised my husband with a dairy-free birthday dessert that was thoughtful and absolutely delightful. His meal was equally amazing, and he couldn’t stop raving about it. The service was seamless, from offering to-go boxes to making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we left very pleased with the experience. I will absolutely recommend Paeso to others and look forward to visiting again. A true gem!

Brunch was great! Chilequiles and brisket nachos were delicious. Our server, Latisha, was great as well.
