Best Authentic Restaurants in Plymouth

This restaurant is remarkable in that it is located at a grocery store, albeit a legitimate Italian market. The restaurant operates as if it were independent as the level of quality of food and service are comparable or better than many standalone restaurants. Great well chosen wine list that also showcases the incredible selection in the grocery store wine department. Menu & wine list prices are very reasonable and offer great value. The food and service are very consistent which is refreshing given today’s challenges much of the restaurant industry faces. Seemingly little turnover of staff is a credit to ownership and management.

We have a lovely dinner for 2 couples celebrating an early New Year’s Eve. Table location was good, easy to have conversations. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. New staff was being trained. The manager, Tony is top notch with his attention to detail and customer needs. We will be back for sure.

We were looking for someplace to have dinner on Christmas day. Thank you to Open Table for helping us find a restaurant! We love Italian food and decided to try BRAVO in Livonia. The service was excellent. The food was good but not as much to our liking. Just about every dish we ordered had not only a meat sauce but an alfredo sauce on it, which we weren't used to. In addition, the bread was not to our liking, and both soup and salads were done "a la carte" at $8.00 to $11.00 per item, We have two Italian restaurants that we frequent in Westland and Canton and for the same price as Bravo's entre, you get choice of soup or salad included, as well as endless bread sticks. And the bread is much more to our liking there. We are glad that we tried Bravo, but this would not be our first choice for Italian food.

Excellent service with great food selections. A little cost prohibitive to do regularly but great for date night or occasional dinner as it is a treat to go there.

We love George he was great!! I recommend the beef shawarma plate it was so flavorful and fun to enjoy with red wine!
