We arrived a bit early and the restaurant is very small so they asked us to wait outside on the street. They then came out with glasses of Prosecco for us while we waited and we were seated very shortly afterward. The staff were pleasant and really welcoming but not pushy about getting you through quick which I appreciated as we pick Hard Rock when we visit places as massive music lovers and to see memorabilia. A lot of people where trying to get in with out reservation which the staff were very calm about handling but great that we were prioritised as we had made a reservation in advance. Food was amazing as always and quick to come out. I can not fault it at all. Our server was busy in our area of the restaurant but pleasant and attentive. We went for Christmas night dinner and it was excellent - the choices on the holiday menu had something for everyone, and I only wished there were more Sicilian options.
