Best Authentic Restaurants in Snowmass

Great food and attentive service. We came for the schnitzel and brats. The fruit sides were generous and fresh. The dessert sampler was amazing.

Lived in Aspen for 7 years and this was the first time my partner and I went to Acquolina. The bartender was very energetic and provided great service. The prosciutto pizza was insanely good and we got the salmon tartar as well. I put in bar reservation at 6:00pm and the bar set up was wonderful. It was three sets of two chairs so the bar was not jam packed. This was nice to eat our dinner and have a couple of drinks without getting elbowed at the bar. All in all this was a great trip, and the service, food, and ambiance were all exceptional. We will definitely be back.

Best Mexican food we’ve ever had. Period. Gotta have that guacamole! And the Venga Venga margarita with mango purée added is awesome!
