With the passing of Shirley Della Santina - Quirico, his son Robert and wife Nicole continue to carry on the family business and Tuscan traditions. Quirico is the chef behind the menu and has provided what's been described as Italian comfort food in a gorgeously authentic Italian setting. When you walk in the front entrance you'll be greeted by truly Italian decorations and design, as well as fresh flowers on every table. Della Santina's offers a variety of home made pastas, antipasti, soups and salads, juicy rotisserie cooked meats and fresh seafood.     My husband and I had a lovely experience at LaSalette. The host was very polite and prompt and our server was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Now for the food: I have food allergies and intolerances so eating out can sometimes be very tricky, I let the server know my special needs and she quickly directed me to items that could be modified or were already compliant. They offered my husband a roll and me gluten free crackers, which was thoughtful to provide. My meal of oysters, a whole Branzino, and a duet of sorbets was perfect. I felt perfectly comfortable and confident eating here. The next time we are in Sonoma we will definitely be going back. Thank you for a delicious meal. My allergies are gluten, dairy, eggs for the people who suffer my same afflictions.

    As usual Bistro Jeanty did not disappoint. Went here last night for my wife’s birthday and had a wonderful experience. Our server Alexa was outstanding! She was very knowledgeable and attentive and we really felt well cared for. The sweetbreads dish was the best I’ve ever eaten and the chocolate croissant bread pudding just put everything over the top. Thank you Bistro Jeanty and Alexa for providing us with a memorable time, we will be back soon.

    Started with special appetizer of mozzarella, prosciutto & tomato topped crostini (A++), shared the pear, greens & Gorgonzola salad (always a favorite) then had the special 3 cheese tortelloni w/ pesto sauce entree (DELICIOUS) & the special fish of the evening, Petrale Sole w/ capers, lemon, butter & white wine. Served with amazing vegetables & potato. All SUPERB! Service is always some of the best in the valley! Thank you ♥️
