Osteria Amore came to life because we believe in the power of food to change your day, or in our case, change your life. Owner Eduardo Daja has been working in restaurants since he was a teenager growing up in Italy, and his time in culinary school only strengthened his passion for food. After culinary school, Ed stayed in Bologna to work at a family-owned restaurant. He moved to Utah eight years ago, and found himself missing his first love, food. For the past three years, Ed has been managing an Italian restaurant while also maintaining a career in tech and finally made the life-changing decision to open his own restaurant. That big decision was made possible for Ed when he met Marco Cuttaia, Osteria Amore’s executive chef and partner.     We went the day after Valentines The restaurant was decorated from the minute we pulled up. Everything inside was amazing. You definitely knew it was the day of love. I had the gnocchi which was delicious. They were like little pillows in a yummy tomato sauce with sausage. My husband has the pork chops which he devoured as well. Our waiter was super nice and attentive given the fact the place was packed. Definitely going back.

    Our food was amazing as always! Our server Sean was outstanding! He was fast knowledgeable and took great care of us. The steak and salmon melted in your mouth. The teriyaki chicken and spare ribs were cooked perfectly. A must-have is the gyozas and tatsuta age chicken appetizer. They are a classic and some of the best things to eat there. We have been coming to Kyoto since the early 90s, and it was amazing then, and still amazing now...

    This was our first visit at Sicilia Mia, and it did not disappoint!! The food was fantastic, the atmosphere is warm and inviting and the staff are incredibly friendly and amazing! Our waiter Stein made the visit feel welcoming and he did such an amazing job. We will definitely come back, and we definitely recommend going here for some very tasty Italian food. Thank you for making our Valentine's dinner special!!

    Our server was fantastic! We had the mussels and were disappointed that there was too much lemon in the sauce and the mussels weren’t as clean since we found bits of sand. I wouldn’t order again. The carbonara and the bolognese and Cesar salad were all wonderful and we’ll order again. We enjoyed our desserts and it was hard to choose which one. We’ll definitely be going back again!

    We’ve lived in Park city for 11 years now and this is our favorite food in town, hands down. The restaurant has a cute Jamaican vibe and the family that owns 11Hauz are all super sweet, thoughtful, and interact with customers regularly. They also make all of the food themselves and the taste of the food will blow your mind! Super flavorful Jamaican food, right here in beautiful Park City! Can’t beat that!
