Best Authentic Restaurants in Warrendale

Forma is one of our absolute favorite restaurants. Everything on the menu is amazingly delicious, the portions are generous, and the ambiance is lovely. We have enjoyed brunch, lunch, and many dinners at Forma and will keep going back! We often get dessert to go or pick up a take and bake dinner for later. We love Forma!

The wait staff does an exceptional job as usual. The double diamond martini is always a great way to start the meal. My wife had the steak and shrimp and I had the honey garlic chicken which were wonderfully prepared and presented. Value wise it may just me not being able to get use to the prices in restaurants since the influence of the recent inflation. However, we will be back.

We were seated on time and there was ample parking. Our waitress was polite and courteous and our food was served in a timely manner. The dishes that my wife and I ordered tasted great and were at the right temperature. The portion sizes were more than enough for both of us and we offered boxes to take our excess food home. My wife and I go here at least once a month and enjoy the place. Give it a try.

Excellent food and service. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Our server Kenzi was very attentive and made us feel at home. Well worth the visit! Went there for the holidays since our son was in from Seattle. Highly recommend!
