Service was polite but a bit inexperienced: we had to ask to place a drink order , no bread offered and , even after asking both the server & bus person for catchup ( for the hash browns) , neither ever arrived to the table. The drinks were fabulous ( the bartender knows how to make a perfect Gibson) as were the sides. My veal chop was perfectly cooked MW w a good char. My husband ribeye ( boneless) was more sous vide than grilled - cooked to MR but NO char. A bit disappointing but still tender/ delicious.
