Best Brunch Restaurants in Castleton / Keystone Crossings

Unfortunately, this restaurant is in the process of shutting down/changing ownership. Granted, this is a tough situation for staff, but the server killed the vibe for a special meal talking about it. The customers didn't create the situation. The restaurant status should have been disclosed when making the reservation.

OMG, another amazing evening at Doc. B's!! Celebrated my birthday with my sister and enjoyed the ribs, while she had a healthy Wok Bowl that she totally enjoyed. Martinis were on special, so we indulged. Our server, Asia, was one of the best. So personable and polite. I will request her next time I go. I'm a frequent flyer, and having owned my own restaurant, I watch out for the details. Asia was flawless! The Manager came over and spent quality time with us and made sure everything was excellent. We had a great experience dining here. We love fogo but the service here far exceeds that. We arrived 30 mins before our reservation in hopes to make it to Christmas Eve mass on time and the hosts went above and beyond to seat us 15 mins early on such a busy night. You never had to wait as there was always a server there before you finished your last bite. Drinks were kept replenished. Best of all…as they were clearing our plates, I asked if I could have a small to go box to take a little piece of the leftovers home to our dog for a Christmas treat. They quickly cleared our plates and happily brought me back the to go container. We were surprised to find it was packed full of freshly sliced meat. The waiter told us to tell her was a special feast for Christmas. :) How thoughtful. I was blown away and she definitely enjoyed! The food was pretty comparable to Fogo but the service far exceeded. Crowded on Christmas Eve. Even with large groups, noise was moderate and easy to talk. Food was excellent--well prepared and delivered hot. Very nice service--not intrusive but available. good value with good portions and reasonable prices.

This was a family Christmas/birthday celebration. One of our members has celiac and therefore gluten free. This was noted in our reservation. Staff was aware and very accommodating. There was a gluten-free menu, but we also were told by the manager (who double checked our order with us) that many of the other selections could be made gluten-free and all we had to do was ask. Staff was attentive but not intrusive. The food was excellent/amazing and although I would never consider this inexpensive or even moderate every penny as well worth it.
