Best Brunch Restaurants in Châteauguay

We did the prixfixe holiday meal for Christmas Eve. Everything was excellent, amazing flavors, great service, and the wine and sake pairing was a fantastic addition. Couldn’t finish everything and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious culinary experience.

Though very polite, we had to ask our server for things several times. Eg. honey for the tea; extra plates, etc. (the restaurant was not busy).

An absolute delightful evening. Stellar service, menu options, food quality, craft cocktails and wine list. What a beautiful start to the Christmas season with a dusting of snow to top off the evening.

My sister and I always celebrate "Christmas Eve, Eve". This year, we were gifted a dinner at Gaspar. What a treat! The restaurant was so beautiful, with its stone walls and beautiful artwork. We were greeted at the front door by staff who quickly helped us remove our coats, which is rare in Montreal. Our waiter was superb...just the right amount of attention. The food was extraordinary! From the Foie Gras pate and Bison tartar appetizers, to the Beef Cheeks and Filet Mignon, you can't go wrong. I will definitely come back!

I had a great welcoming, a perfect table, excellent service, love the menu, the caviar and beef Wellington are delicious. I had an amazing dining experience once again and I will go back. I would only enjoy having valet service, specially in winter, it’s so convenient and would be part of this premium experience.
