The Hostess Brook apologized for what was my mistake. We sat and had drinks before our dinner. Gabrielle, our server was attentive and greeted us with a smile. Before dinner the hostess Brook recognize we were still there and asked if we wanted to fill in a cancellation slot! I believe she went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. We were also excited to see that we had Gabrielle as our server once we got to our bowling lane. We weren't hurried along to make room for the next group, and everyone was very nice and welcoming. They also fixed an issue on our bill -- we were charged for 5 people instead of 4. The only thing I'd suggest is coming through with water more often. I was out of water for about 15 minutes. We ordered the Family Menu item with wine pairing for all. Everything was fantastic… except the entrees. Italian sausage and dry rotisserie chicken were OK. But they were disappointing given the quality of the rest of the meal — and, because of our expectations. But we had a great time with beautiful memories there.
