The ambience has always been lovely, food outstanding, and service top notch. Our waitress Tabitha was a rockstar! She constantly came back to fill my water as I arrived so thirsty from travel. Our meal came later than expected so she took the bottle of wine off our bill to compensate. Then she heard my boyfriend say my birthday was the next day and suddenly a beautiful big plate arrived with a lava cake, ice cream, whip cream and a candle ; with “Happy Birthday” written in chocolate on the plate! (On the house!) it was a delightful surprise and brought me to tears. We return here once or twice a year and we will always love Rocks 21, its music, food, staff and will recommend it to others. I selected 3 stars for the ambiance bc it can be drafty, we played musical chairs to settle into a cozy spot. The bar gives decent pours together with a serving of chocolate torte for dessert!
