Chef Casey is super attentive and checked on us regularly. We enjoyed a bottle of prosecco to take advantage of the fruit and juices for mimosas. Prime rib was worth waiting for, too! Our salmon salads were perfectly prepared. The bread we asked for was freshly baked from the oven.
