Excellent food and delightful service- what a gem to find in Melbourne!!

We always have a wonderful meal with great service and the location cannot be beat. Our waitress, Kelly was exceptional and very professional. We usually go with our friends, but this time we went alone. It is always a treat. The Manager is also outstanding, always circling the rooms to make sure everything is ok. We have gone to the other locations, (New Jersey, Longboat Key) and we are thrilled that the Melbourne location is about 40 minutes away. the Chart House is one of the best restaurants in Melbourne, if not the best.

The food is expertly prepared. I sat at the bar and James was very knowledgeable of the menu. I had a fantastic meal with the fish special, Greek wine, and the chocolate moose. Really perfect meals. All flavor, you can taste the ingredients. Will be back for sure!

Our favorite local spot - food and service always outstanding! From the courteous hosts to outstanding wait staff and creative bartenders, we always feel like we’re treated as special guests. Enjoyed a few specials last evening - shrimp cocktail was super fresh with large shrimp and chili was fantastic. Some of the best cheesecake for dessert topped the meal. Evelyn is a tremendous waitress and Tucker our fave bartender. We’ll be back soon!

Aurelie makes everyone feel special and at home while enjoying an elegant meal the Chef has prepared. We were party of six enjoying a selected Christmas menu. Some enjoyed grouper, some beef burgundy, scallops, or filet mignon. Starters were delectable, salmon & pickled vegetables, a delicious soup & more. Desserts fruit tart, chocolate cake, cheese plate. Again Aurelie makes the dining experience warm & enjoyable.
