The brusselsprout app is a must. The St. Louis salad was a meal in itself. We split it. I ordered the pork chop. It was sous vide, but it was very salty and tough for a protein that was sous vide. My wife had the roasted chicken and enjoyed it. My daughter had the pork chop and said it was tough to cut even with the provided steak knife. I was let down by the main course. We are going to go back and give it a second try. Four of us was about 65 a person. Definitely, recommend the restaurant as a the while dinning experience was great. Chose the blueberry sage gin cocktail at the recommendation of our server and it was delicious. Our meal began with fried cauliflower, then onto to share the burger, sardines in a tin, and the salad and every item was full of flavor did not disappoint. Our server was super friendly, attentive, and had great food recommendations. After our meal we walked around the art gallery on the second floor. Overall, great experience. Escargot still remains the best in town, and the gougeres are addictive.
