A&B Burgers is one of those restaurants, one that has transitioned into a dining scene based around hospitality, creative menus and a space driven by the energy of the bar. Not everyone feels like eating a burger and with that in mind, we built a menu that offers options for those times. We have guests who have been dining with us for 8 years now and have never eaten one of our award-winning burgers, instead, they enjoy sharing a few small plates to start and then order entrees with a bottle of wine. Just because we are so well known for our award-winning burgers doesn’t mean that’s all we do well. Even though Post is a new name for most of us, it has been an important part of South Hamilton history since 1924. The historic building at 16 Bay Rd. was home to the South Hamilton Post Office, and a place for residents to send and pick up letters. In response to the Great Depression, and a drop in the postage rate (from three cents to 2 cents), the Postmaster added more opportunities for residents to pick up their mail. At Post, which at the time was known as “the brick block building”, letters were piled on a table, and a bell was rung to let residents know that they could come and retrieve their mail. Keeping with that tradition, guests of Post will have an opportunity to “Ring the Bell”, which signifies that they have bought a beer for our hard working kitchen and waitstaff. Came here for a date night at the behest of serval people. My expectations were high after so many recommendations and Daniella's delivered! Portions were generous and delicious, the atmosphere was lively but not too loud, and our server was clearly very busy but still attentive and kind. Wonderful spot - we will definitely be returning.

Wonderful food. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. Big shout out to Aaron! Seated quickly with a 6:15 reservation. It got busy quickly after that but no chaos. Next time I may just have the onion dip and homemade chips for dinner! Very tasty. Third time, will be going again. Becoming our favorite place!

Friendly staff, food was tasty (bettter than pub food but not out of this world), fun vibe, reasonably priced. Menu is mostly apps, tacos, burgers, and a few entrees, but something on it should work for most people. A good place to eat before a Cabot show or for get togethers with friends!

We had fabulous cocktails and a great meal. The staff were quite helpful, friendly, and efficient. We were surprised and a bit humbled to learn that the gentleman sitting next to us, who had engaged us in conversation, paid for our dinner! He and his wife left before us to go to a concert nearby. It was so sweet! We will pay it forward!

Our Bartender was excellent! The food was amazing! We got the steak and eggs and the breakfast wrap! Absolutely amazing!! Can’t wait to go back! But the star was the lemon ricotta donuts served warm with homemade jam!!!
