Chaplin's Restaurant & Bar is a 1930's style Japanese Ramen House and cocktail bar. Chaplin's Executive Chef and Partner, Myo Htun, is originally from Burma, but was cooking ramen in Japan at a young age. Everything about this restaurant was delicious and thoughtfully made. Even though Chef Edward Lee was not there in person, the Chef that was cooking did an amazing job because the food was very flavorful. This restaurant has exceeded my expectations and I am glad I did not give up on making the reservations.

A wonderful variety available from the unlimited small plate menu. Cauliflower and the beet salad were delicious. In fact, every dish we had we ordered seconds of. Service was warm, friendly, and fast. The space can be a bit noisy but we will be back often!

My 1st intro was the hostess. I was running a bit late. I called to make sure it wouldn't be a problem. Hostess was most gracious. Upon arrival hostess offered me a table & asked if it was ok. I requested another table. The cleaned the table immediately & Sat me. Our waiter's name was Gee, however there was another server that assisted, Leonel pronounced Lay-o-nel. Both young men were very accommodating, friendly, & knowledgeable about the menu. They were absolutely WONDERFUL!! I was extremely impressed with the food & drink. I'll definitely be going back!!!
