Best Casual Restaurants in Brown Deer

Always happy w/our meals here. Very glad they were open on Xmas eve & love that they take reservations. Server was great. Only wish the offered another option for non fish eaters. Grilled chicken? Chicken would be great on their salads

We love going to Mr B’s It’s a great place but is pricey. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 on all this time was due to management .. it’s a busy time of year, the place was really busy but they only had one bartender on staff and she was doing her best to keep up, the manager finally stepped in to help and the other staff took some of her tables. We still tipped as we always do but gave the bartender an extra something because she was clearly working hard at both taking orders for food AND bartending.

Good food, nice folks, prompt service, really nice building.

A revised menu and the favorite Flammekueche is back!! -- thin crispy flatbread with freme fraiche, bacon, and onions. We shared three flatbreads with our group of 6 people and had more than enough to go around which we paired with litters of German beer and wine. Very attentive waitress given the crowded atmosphere enjoying the annual Tuba Christmas -- always a fun place with great beer and staff.

Very good flat crust sausage and pepperoni pizza. But not as good as the pizza at the original Zaffiro's on Farwell in Milwaukee.
