Best Casual Restaurants in East Norwich

A lovely experience tonight, dinner for 3. Service was attentive and our waitress was kind and patient. We started with round of drinks, then ordered zucchini fries, which came with marinara sauce, as a starter. A good appetizer, the thee of us enjoyed until the plate was empty ;) For dinner we ordered the roasted short rib, pasta primavera and chicken paillard. Everyone was very pleased with their choices, no complaints! Thank you for an enjoyable evening. See you next time!

I went to Oak and Vine last night with two other couples. I know this address has been home to a number of other restaurants. The decor was nice and fresh and noise level low-moderate. The menu has something for everyone, including a number of daily specials. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. There is a wide variety of wines, beers, specialty cocktails and mocktails. We started with homemade corn bread (not to be missed). Caesar salads, roasted carrots and cauliflower with ricotta and delicious crusty , toasted bread. For the mains, mussels, tomato soup with grueyer cheese, homemade pasta with seafood and sliced steak . Everyone raved about their meals. Our waitress made sure we were satisfied and our water glasses filled. Two thumbs up.

Sandbar is an absolute delight! Kenny was our server , he could not have been more friendly or attentive! The food was sheer perfection! The atmosphere always feels warm, inviting, but upscale at the same time. There is a man who brings the food to the table , it’s always the same man , I need to find out his name ,,,, he is always full of Joy when bringing out your dinner! Yes… Sandbar is our very favorite restaurant !

Such an amazing experience! It was as if we were in the comfort of our own home, entertaining. The difference was, we didn’t have to do any of the work. We enjoyed every minute of it and highly recommend.

Very nice, cool place. No vegan options though but my dining partner had some beautiful carrots with her meat dish. I don’t know how noise level gets graded in the first part of the survey but it was hard to hear and I had to lean across the table to hear my friend. And it wasn’t crowded at lunchtime.
