Best Casual Restaurants in Fountain Hills / Rio Verde

Thompson 105 is one of our favorite restaurants. Took visiting friends to dinner for the first time and they loved it. All of the associates are friendly and helpful. Menu is excellent with a great variety of options. Cocktails are made to perfection. Food comes out from the kitchen very quickly.

Maddison our server was wonderful! The food was delicious! The atmosphere was perfect! The entire restaurant is amazing!

So the food was amazing. The shirt rib lasagna was simply amazing. So good. The kids spaghetti and meatball was kind of bland, but that could be because it was a kids meal, but, other than that, it was fine. The new menus that look like encyclopedia were kind of bulky but different. I think that they should rethink the Encyclopedia menu type thing. The ambience was just amazing as well. You would never know that it was the old streets of New York restaurant when you walk in. Our server wasn’t the greatest unfortunately, forgot a few things never got bread to the table, took a little while to get and after dinner coffee, we had to remind him a couple times, but he was very friendly. The management staff was very nice. The passing out of Champagne while you’re waiting for your table was kind of nice different that was complementary. Overall, it was a great experience.

The staff could not have been more attentive. Since it was our first visit we were served a glass of champagne to start. My husband had the seared scallops.which was excellent. I ordered side dishes soup and crab cakes both were delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Our server, Jay, was AMAZING and the food absolutely AWESOME.. Great day
