Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. Fabulous dining experience. My friend and I both ordered a special, chicken Italiano, chicken breasts topped with broccoli rabe, roasted peppers, provolone cheese in a wonderful white wine sauce. For dessert we split a piece of homemade cannoli cake, it was so big, we each had another piece to bring home. The complimentary glass of white sangria was freshly mixed and wonderful! Highly recommend the restaurant.
