- PPippaDublin •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe have just had our first visit to The Lytton Arms and we could not speak anymore highly of the experience. We had the roast and it was absolutely delicious. We were way too full for pudding but after seeing the menu we couldn’t resist, we’re so glad we did as the cheesecake and mousse were to die for. The pub had such a homely welcoming vibe and the staff were so attentive and polite. We had a lovely chat with the manager John and could see he puts his heart and soul into what he does and it pays off. We will 100% be recommending this pub and returning! Thank you!More infoThe Lytton ArmsPrice: Moderate• Pub• Knebworth•4.6
- CCherylLondon •4 reviews5.0Dined on 24 Dec 2024Dinner on Christmas Eve. As the restaurant wasn't full, the ambience was gentle. Both the food (starters, mains and desserts) and service were very good throughout the evening. Nothing felt rushed, with staff available to replenish drinks and other requests. I've dined here before with friends and decided this would be a good option for a Christmas birthday evening. As this was the first visit for my son and husband they confirmed I made a good choice. We will definitely return.More infoBHAGEECHAPrice: Expensive• Indian• Radlett•4.4
- KKarenHertfordshire •2 reviews4.0Dined on 15 Dec 2024It was our 2nd visit to the Script as we enjoyed the first one on Fathers Day very much. Unfortunately we weren’t as happy this time. The lamb in the roast was like a doorstop and the cauliflower cheese was a bit watery and the roast potatoes were a bit underdone. The club sandwich was extremely bad. Not really sure how you can make a club sandwich bad?? A lot of bread and not much inside. The chicken and bacon were very overdone and inedible. All we were offered was a complimentary coffee!More infoScript Restaurant & BarPrice: Moderate• Modern European• Borehamwood•4.1
- HHowardWest Wales •5 reviews5.0Dined on 22 Nov 2024I only discovered this restaurant the night before we visited on Friday 22 November. The weather was very cold but the online images and reviews were very warm! Our overall experience was well worth the 35 mile round trip! From start to finish everything was exceptional! Even the background music was to our taste and at a perfect level. We will definitely be returning and thoroughly recommend this local gem.More infoThe White HorsePrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Harpenden•4.6
