- DDoreenVIPJacksonville / Northeast Florida •20 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoLoved everything, the service, the food, the decor. Our server was knowledgeable and on top of things. All the items on the menu had a different little spin to it. The vegetables were not just steamed and put on the plate, they were charred with a little spicy crunch of pumpkin seeds. The whiskey cake dessert was out of this world! Portions are ample. Definitely loved it and will go back.More infoWhiskey Cake - JacksonvillePrice: Moderate• American• Baymeadows•4.4

- JJudySan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe food at the new Chophouse is outstanding. Our steak was cooked to perfection. A 6oz filet was $48 and I upgraded to a surf and turf for $64 ($16 extra to add a lobster tail I found reasonable). However, it costs an $6 to add a sauce for your steak (I had green peppercorn au poivre because the chef won’t offer Bearnaise as an option). For that price, I think a side sauce should be included! My dining partner added a baked potato for $12 (“loaded” with a dollop of sour cream and a tablespoon each of cheese and bacon). Our $60 bottle of Cabernet was out of stock so we were encouraged to try an $80 bottle (which was actually $84 when the bill came). Overall, the dinner was amazing but the price point a bit high for Nocatee. A happy hour bar menu would be a nice add, as well as my favorite steak sauce Bearnaise).More infoChophouse at NocateePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• St Johns•4.6
