Amici Italian Restaurant, located on the corner of A1A and 312, has been part of the St. Augustine community for over 20 years. In 2020, local Award-winning Chef Freddy Underhill and his wife, Jennifer, purchased Amici with the hopes of carrying on it's legacy. However, 6 days in, they were shut down for dine-in service due to COVID-19. The new owners were motivated and are proud to have remained open to serve St. Augustine and the many visitors travelling through each year. Best known for their traditional Italian-American classics like lasagna, parmigiana and alfredo, locals love the Pancetta Candita (aka Candied Bacon) and the Boozy Tiramisu. Everything was perfect—from the service, to the ambience, the cocktails, and the food. This was our first time trying their food, and I could not have been more pleased. It was fresh, quick, and delicious. Highly recommend. One of my new favorites in St. Augustine.

For a Monday evening it was max capacity likely because of the St Augustine nights for lights. We were seated within 5 minutes of the reservation and the food was excellent as usual. The waiter despite having multiple tables was on the ball and the service was excellent.

My husband and I went to Llama while visiting StAugustine. It was great! Didn’t know what to expect but we were nicely surprised! Had the octopus carpaccio and the ceviche Lima for appetizers and shared the risotto with seafood for our main… and then two desserts - but the best was the custard with spun sugar! Truly delicious. We’d come back every night if we could!
