In developing a sister restaurant to RD RNNR, we set out to create a social club atmosphere that drew inspiration from the lore of Desert nostalgia. In our journey through the development of the name and design, we came across a true desert classic in The Desert Club. This vintage establishment was built in the late 1930’s and was closed up in the late 1980’s. With the 1940’s and 1950’s marking the major success of The Desert Club, we then envisioned a restaurant that brought back the swanky essence of those years here in the Desert. With the intent to restore some vintage ADULT dining to the “cove”, our hope is to establish a feeling of upscale classic that is reminiscent of “nostalgic” Desert vibes. This is “my slice of Heaven” go to place. My favorite server “Caitlynn”, beautiful, sweet.. attention to details! Mark the highly talented guitarist that creates an “unmatched” dinner ambiance that without him… Arnold’s it would not be the same!! Valet staff… upon arrival.. always welcoming and gracious as well as the reception area. It’s evident that the staff are very content to work at Arnold’s…that says a lot!! 🙏🥂🎊

DSRT Club was lovely last night. It was busy but not noisy, which is a huge plus with us. My special tomato basil soup was excellent and the mussels we good, although a little piquant. My husband love his Jamba, especially the spicy sausage.

Food was delicious. Service a little slow, especially getting initial beverages. Our request for seating was granted, which was very nice. Ambiance seemed a little more chaotic than normal but recognized there was some new staff training going on. Overall, lively evening and we will be back.

Our first visit to Grapefruit Basil... Superb dinner and a knowledgeable, efficient, and attentive wait staff. Marco was our terrific server. One guest declared the halibut was the very best he had EVER had. All plates were beautifully presented. Lovely ambience. We shall return!
