Wir liegen direkt auf dem Deich, die Este, ein Nebenfluss der Elbe fließt direkt durch unseren Garten und im Sommer können unsere Gäste traumhaft am Wasser sitzen. Die vorbeifahrenden Boote und die Gäste die uns mit dem Boot besuchen, sind ein Schauspiel an sich... In der Küche stehen wir seit Jahrzehnten für frischen Fisch. Wir pflegen dabei beste Beziehungen zu den lokalen Fischern für Scholle, Stint, Aal, Zander, Kabeljau oder Seezunge. Wir verarbeiten ausschließlich lokalen Fisch.
