If you're going to take your name from a badass like the patron saint of blacksmiths, you better be able to back it up. Baldamar marks the turning point where we usher in the new standard for style, service and steak. It means the menu’s made with old-world craft at its core and modern day meat eaters in mind — with flavors forged in fire and folded into pure primal perfection. It’s where every steak is aged 40 days and 40 nights for a taste of biblical proportion, and where crazy-fresh seafood means it was caught during your morning commute. At the bar sits every spirit imaginable, and someone who isn’t afraid to use them. This is more than a new steakhouse. It’s a line in the sand. It’s not just where you celebrate special occasions. It’s where you create them.*A 20% Service Fee is added to all groups of 8 or more.

An overall excellent dining experience. Food and service were absolutely perfect, and the prices were not out of control like the other Minneapolis "M" steakhouses. The only negatives were that the tables were too small for the plates being used and the tables were too close together. The wait staff and bussers bumped into us and our table several times. We will definitely be back next time we are in Minnesota.

Took the family out for Christmas dinner and enjoyed every bite! The food and drink were delicious for the second or third return. The Grinch was a bit much, walking up to peoples faces and attempting to startle them. The music and atmosphere were super fun. We sat at the bar top this visit to enjoy the bar bites as opposed to the market table and dinner table. I have reservations for 12/31 and wish not for any different of my Christmas dinner. In reviews, there reads shortages of wait staff, stops at the tables for more meats and servers that forgot orders. Let’s prove that wrong Fogo de Chao! I believe in you!!
