- LLaureneChicago / Illinois •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe went out for dinner on Christmas Eve for the first time and this place was the next best thing to home. The people were so nice and seemed genuinely happy to be there. If they are like that on a busy holiday I expect a regular day would be even better. The food was excellent as were the drinks including a perfect chocolate martini!More infoRiganato Old World GrillePrice: Moderate• Italian• Geneva•4.8

- RRandyChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoFood was great. Dawn, our server, was fun, friendly, and attentive. She was quick to make suggestions and took care of us at our pace. The place is good looking with a really nice bar as the centerpiece. We walked through the outdoor patio and bar area. Because of the time of year, it wasn’t set up, but looks like it’s a neat spot to hang out on warmer days. The tall ceilings, and hard surfaces, do bounce the noise around some. You definitely have to speak up when the place is full. All said, the food and service were great and the atmosphere is fun and vibrant. We will definitely be back!More infoWhiskey BendPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• St. Charles•4.1
- SSandyChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI went to BASH on 12/22/2014 with my daughter, her husband and 7 year old son. I was a bit surprised as I was lead through the first floor up about 15 or more steps to the second floor. My daughter is recovering from a stroke and I told the hostess she could not handle stairs. She informed me they have a service elevator she could use so I called my daughter immediately to let her know. If anyone has physical limitations, request first floor seating. I was surprised they put us on the second floor as they knew ahead of time that this was a birthday celebration; a bit disappointing as it lacks ambiance and is quite noisy compared to the first floor. This is my only criticism of our first-time experience. The server was very sweet and the service was more prompt than I anticipated since this was on the weekend before Christmas. All four of us loved the food and it was plentiful! The crab rangoon and pork gyoza appetizers were gobbled up. My grandson had the Mac Bento and declared the mac & cheese his all time favorite when he had left-overs the next day. My daughter had sushi which she declared delicious. My son-in-law and I had different burgers with sea salt fries and we both took home half of our meal as the burgers are huge, piled up with meat and also delicious. Because it was a birthday celebration, they offered my daughter her choice of dessert at 1/2 price; a nice surprise as opposed to many restaurants complimentary little token desserts. She got the ice/cream brownie which was out of this world and huge--and I mean really huge! The four of us couldn't finish it. Other than the second floor issue/disappointment, we are all excited to go back here again as everything else was top notch.More infoBurger and Sushi House - GenevaPrice: Moderate• American• Geneva•4.6
