We have enjoyed the food and service at Chops for more than 20 years. It remains our favorite restaurant for a special occasions and romantic dinners. However, we have noticed that the clientele has changed significantly, which has reduced our satisfaction with the dining experience. We are hoping that Chops will re-Institute a dress policy that is more representative of a five star dining experience. Also, we were not a fan of the Valentine’s Day menu. Although there were many options, we felt nickel and dime with the additions we selected for Cyde dishes and appetizers. We ended up spending a lot more than we normally would have for the same meal. Nonetheless, we remain loyal patrons of our favorite restaurant! Thanks!

Our server, Jacob, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His attention to detail, great recommendations, and warm personality made the experience even better. Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely fantastic! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The spaghetti and meatballs were absolutely delicious, full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The halibut was good, though it was slightly overcooked. The highlight of the experience was the waitress—her professionalism and training were evident in every interaction, making the meal even more enjoyable.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic. We love from the time we get in and we get sat. We love the service provided by Juliana, and we really love and enjoy the food. We were celebrating Valentine’s Day and we borough our daughter and we were happy to see more families with theirs kids, the only was that it was not kids menu; however, we were available to get a delicious pizza for our daughter.
