Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Provincetowne

Came here for Thanksgiving dinner with my husband since we weren't traveling back to New York for the holiday. We made the reservation for 6:45 but when we walked in it was packed and we had to wait 20 minutes to get seated. I found this to be frustrating. It felt like they overbooked for dinner. When we got seated it definitely seemed like everything was a bit scattered. Another couple sat down about 5 minutes after us and yet somehow received their drinks and appetizers before we did. I felt like the wait was long but the food was definitely worth it. I would definitely come back again to try a normal dinner service. All the food was seasoned to perfection. We walked away full as well as with leftovers.

Thanksgiving Meal was well prepared and very tasty. We enjoyed spending time at the restaurant. Abigail assisted us with our meal. She completely exceeded our expectations. Abigail was absolutely one of the best wait persons we have encountered in many years. She is a wonderful person in a fantastic restaurant. Must go!

We chose Napa at Stonecrest for Thanksgiving and it did not disappoint! It was our first time dining there and overall the experience was excellent. The set menu provided enough variety to satisfy both of us. I chose the citrus rosemary turkey dinner with the butternut squash bisque and pumpkin pie for dessert, while my father had the filet mignon dinner, a Caesar salad and the carmel apple cheesecake. The food was coursed promptly and was so delicious! Our server, Yeti, provided us with everything we needed to make our holiday special. His warm, helpful service made our experience even better. I look forward to dining there again in the near future.

The service was very fast and helpful. We quickly got all of our drinks, appetizers, and main dishes. The waitress was very polite and answered all the questions we had about the menu with ease and clarity. The food was delicious. We ordered the goopy burger and maltagliati. Both of which were good portion sizes for the price and had great flavor.

Char Bar is a great local restaurant. Good menu with many choices. The service was excellent. Our server was attentive and prompt. Good wine and beer too. The food was very good and served hot. We like Char Bar because it is casual, fun and offers good food.
